This is hands down the best buffet of any cuisine I have ever eaten. The ownership of the restaurant is Vietnamese, but as the name suggests, the cuisine spans flavors from Thailand as well. Everything on the buffet was cooked like it was made to order with fresh hot additions being added constantly. The buffet was absolutely packed with soups, rices and noodles, fish, pork, veggie, shrimp, spring rolls, two desserts, tofu, veggies, on and on and on.
